Snapshot Observations Dionysos Mainolês is an odd nut. Literally and figuratively. He is almost stereotypical for a Mastigos, but there is an obvious care for those around him from his fellow professors down to the students. He has a passion for teaching, but an even greater love for the astral realms. Those students that can muster the mental fortitude to brave the astral spaces typically find themselves with his favor. Dionysos does not truck with foolishness in his lessons, but does embolden troublemakers outside of his classes. The Psychonaut is always accompanied by his "pet" Goetia Frenzy, although neither mage nor ephemera likes that word. Rumors persist that his appearance is a falsehood, and he regularly dares anyone to pierce through this supposed illusion. It's difficult to tell where the persona ends and the man begins. He is known for inflicting madness as punishment outside of the university, and within its hallowed walls he is very much known to never turn away an offered drink. Mastigos: More Psychonaut than Warlock. Diabolist: He is very, very familiar with his Vice, and Dionysos does not get along well with his Daimon. Mystagogue: Magic is alive, and D very much believes this. The Astral Realms: There is a good chance he is one of the astral realms if he is found to be sleeping. That's if he's not black out drunk.
